Winter Squash Notice

Hello folks! The winter squash is not storing (or holding up) well this year. Bummer! There were some new plant diseases in the fields this season causing the squash to mold and rot more quickly than usual after harvest.
So please cook up your squash right away this week!

If you find a little soft spot, hopefully you can just cut it out and the rest will be fine. However, if there is significant damage to your squash, please e-mail us and we’ll send off a replacement to you next week. Thanks!
