The Haul: June 4th

We have word from our farmers that tomorrow’s haul contains:

Lettuce Mix – .5 lb bag (not washed)

Salad Turnips – 1 bunch

Bok Choi – 4 pieces

Red Kale – 1 bunch

Arugula – 1 bunch

Romaine Lettuce – 1 head

We’re still technically in the throes of Spring, which means lots of greens. Get ready for salads!

And, don’t forget a re-useable tote to bring it all home.
